Scheduling with recurrence
Set a date and time, or a daily, weekly or monthly repeat. Posts publish on schedule in your timezone.
Review, Scheduled, Posted
A clear approval path. Content sits in Review until someone approves it, feedback stays with the post, and approved work moves to Scheduled and then Posted.
Client profiles
Each client is a separate profile with its own pages, media and content. People only see the profiles they are given.
Media library
Upload images and video once and reuse them across posts. Video publishes to Instagram as Reels; Facebook posts use images and links. Each client profile keeps its own library.
Board, list and table views
Work the way that suits the job: a status board, a compact list, or a spreadsheet-style table of every post.

Three steps to a published post
Connect a Page
Log in with Facebook and choose the Pages and linked Instagram accounts you post to. Disconnect at any time.
Draft and review
Write the caption, attach media from the library, and move the post into Review so the client can approve it.
Schedule and publish
Approved posts publish at the time you set, to Facebook, Instagram or both.
