Terms of Service
Effective 28 July 2026. adaptick.ai is a trading name of HEC CONSULTANTS LTD ("Adaptick", "we", "us").
1. The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and HEC CONSULTANTS LTD, registered in the United Kingdom, when you use Adaptick at adaptick.ai or app.adaptick.ai. If you use Adaptick for a business, you accept these terms for that business too.
2. The service
Adaptick lets you draft, review, schedule and publish content to Facebook Pages and linked Instagram accounts you connect, keep a media library, and generate content with AI tools you trigger. LinkedIn and other platforms are planned and not part of the service today.
Adaptick is currently in a testing phase. Access may be limited to approved accounts, features may change, and a short testing disclaimer may be appended to posts while the phase lasts.
3. Accounts and roles
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate account information.
- New signups start as trial accounts and need approval by an administrator before full use.
- Your role (trial, member, admin) sets what you can see and do. Do not attempt to bypass role restrictions.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us a licence to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service, for example sending a post to Meta when you publish.
- You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and post.
- We may remove content that is unlawful or breaks these terms.
5. Connected platforms
Posting runs through Meta's Graph API using permissions you grant. Meta's own terms and policies apply to your Facebook and Instagram accounts. We act only on your instruction: nothing is published without you or a workflow you approved triggering it. You can disconnect a Page at any time in Settings or from Facebook's Apps and websites page.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Adaptick to:
- post unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content;
- send spam or breach Meta's platform policies;
- probe, overload or disrupt the service or access other users' data;
- resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.
7. Scheduling and publishing
We aim to publish scheduled posts on time, and alert-monitor failures, but we cannot guarantee delivery, timing or availability: outages at Meta, network failures or maintenance can delay or prevent a post. Check important posts published as expected.
8. AI-generated content
AI drafts land in Review and never publish themselves. Review AI content before approving it: you are responsible for what you approve and publish. If you use your own OpenAI API key, OpenAI's terms and charges apply to those requests.
9. Fees
Adaptick is free during the testing phase. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance, and continued use after the change means you accept the new pricing.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Adaptick and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
11. Liability
Adaptick is provided as is during testing. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or content lost through platform outages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero while the service is free). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
12. Changes
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: [email protected].
